Hidden truth about free web hosting

Now a days blogging becomes more popular than people expected, more and more individuals and businesses are setting up blogs for many reasons. A vast majority of these new blogs are hosted on free blog hosting sites. This can bring more expected problems than it is worth.

For a beginner, free blog hosting can be a brilliant starting point. Without having to spend anything a blog can be setup to try blogging. The problem is that free hosts bring unexpected problems.

The first problem that a many free hosts in the past have faced is that the host is out to make money. If the free blog hosting
is not making them money, they will just stop it and leave you out in the cold. This has happened before and it will happen again.

The second problem is uptime. Many of the free blog hosts also run paid services. When they have a problem, they will work on getting the paid service back running before they care about the free hosting
. This means that your blog will have more down time and may lose visitors.

Once your blog starts to grow, you might look into making a bit of money with advertisements. If you are lucky enough to be on a host that allows you to place advertisements on your site, you still may run into problems. Free blog hosts always want something and in most cases they want to use the best advertising space at the top of your blog. How is your advertisement going to be seen when people are seeing your hosts advertisement first.

If your blog does become large enough that it prompts your to move hosts, you may find that this too will be a minefield of problems. Moving hosts means changing the URL that your blog is found at. If your free host does not allow this to be redirected, you may have to start your blog all over again, losing your regular visitors.

By all means, use free blog hosts to try out blogging, but if you are serious do not expect that you can get away without paying for a more professional blog host.

Snap Dollars - Paid to Play, Paid to Read & Free Trial Offers

Snap Dollars is one of those sites that pay you to complete offers – which I’m not a huge fan of because 90% of the time the offers actually end up costing you money, making the entire concept of working online pretty much invalid. Anyways, the reason I am even telling you about this company is because I think it may be a good way to make money based on referrals – and here’s why I am thinking this. Snap Dollars pays you an automatic $5 for registering. I read through all the FAQs and all you have to do to earn your free five bucks is to fill out your profile – point being, you don’t have to complete any of the offers or anything. Now, the current cash out minimum is $30, so assuming you got a free 5-spot for signing up, let’s say it’s only $25. BUT here’s how I am thinking this might be a good gig for some people – Snap Dollars pays you $10 for each friend you refer – that’s pretty good (But oddly enough, on the “Snap Dollars Questions Page” it says you only get $5 for each referral, so I don’t know which amount is right). There’s a minor catch to this and that is that you don’t actually earn your $10 per friend until they get their first $30 check payment. HOWEVER, many people may actually be interested in snap dollars because there’s more ways to earn money than just by completing those offers. They also pay you to play games, take surveys, read emails and so on. And unlike other programs, you can probably sell people on the point that snap dollars promises that you will get a minimum of 5 paid emails a day.

I personally am not participating in this program (besides the referral program) because I’m not big on paid to read emails or playing games for money. BUT if you like trying something new then you should check them out.

After trying out the program, feel free to comment or email me and let me know what you thought of it – likes, dislikes, etc.

Best of luck !

Make money online by reading email, clicking web ads and taking short surveys

Reading emails,Clicking ads,Surveys,Earning online,Make Money Online Some would say reading emails or taking surveys online is not worth it. It is worth it sense the company paying is sharing its revenue.Take the time sign up and you will recieve a few emails per week and get paid for clicking on them. How 'get paid to read email' programs work? Simply, online advertisers pay commissions to the paid email companies for sending their advertisements via e-mail to members who want to get paid for reading emails. When you receive a paid e- mail, in order to receive your cash you should click on the link and visit an advertiser's web site.

Aside from affiliate programs paid to read emails is a good extra source of income.

Surveys are good source of extra income and provide good feedback for companies marketing products.

What is the average amount you will get when you are making money taking surveys? Well, companies will pay you between $1 and $20 per survey. It is really rare that you will make the $60 to $200 per survey that some companies claim. If you are looking for making money taking surveys in that range, you will be in for a surprise. Most sites will be able to offer you between 1 to 4 surveys per month. If you follow home business circles there are many other areas like mailorder, selling on ebay, and hundreds of different things you can sell to earn extra income.

Freelance blogging jobs

Blogging is a fast-growing field that offers plenty of freelance opportunities. However, beware of what type of blogging you're doing and how much the client is paying you. Many new freelance bloggers find themselves putting in full-time hours for part-time pay.

Even if you're just starting out, don't accept less than $7-$10 per post. Just because you haven't blogged before doesn't mean you lack valuable, sought-after skills.

If you do have experience, or if you're blogging for a financially-stable company, feel free to charge more. Top bloggers can earn $30-$50 per post and sometimes a share in the company's profits.

What exactly do bloggers do?

On the surface, it's just article writing. The purposes behind blogging are much more elaborate. Companies use blogs with excellent headlines/keywords to drive traffic to their websites. More web traffic means:

1. More customers to buy their products or services.

2. More people to click on their advertising.

It may seem basic, but these two goals mean you need to create posts that aim and appeal to your clients' target markets. The best bloggers are writers who can write newsworthy content that generates a loyal readership and seamlessly (and sneakily!) promotes the company in question.

How to make money from blogging

Believe it or not, but it's actually possible to make money from blogging. One teenager has, in fact, earned $5,000 a month just from making posts on his blog! Of course, not every blogger is this lucky. It does take some skill. What it also takes is some knowledge of how exactly to generate income just by posting blogs. We will go over three specific methods of making money on your blog: Adsense, Pay Per Lead, and Affiliate Links. So how exactly do I make money on my blog? You do it by working with another company that wants to use your blog as a form of advertising. It sounds like selling out, right? Not exactly. The advertising can be as in your face or subtle as you want. And it can still make you money, provided you have enough visitors to your blog. What is Adsense? Adsense is a program offered by Google. The program, if installed, will display ads provided by Google. How do I get Adsense? You'll need to go to Google.com, first. At the bottom of the screen is a link for Advertising Programs. Click on that. Then click on the link for Adsense. Scroll down on the page that comes up and click Here To Apply! You then fill out the form with information about yourself. After 12-48 hours, Google will notify you via email whether or not your site has been accepted. When you've been accepted, set up your ads by doing either of the following: If your blog is hosted on Blogger.com, you can set up your AdSense ads by going to your profile, selecting settings, template, add an element. Then select AdSense and login with your account info. Next, you'll configure your ads and save the template. That's it. If you are self-hosting your blog, you'll have to set up AdSense in more of a manual way. You'll create your ads(which can be as small or as tall as you want) and then copy the HTML/JavaScript code Google gives you. Then you'll paste it into your blog(on the left, right, or top of the screen). You can also login on to www.blogers-guide-to-profit.com. For the first few days, the ads displayed by Google will be Public Service Announcements. After the ads have been up a few days, though, the ads will switch to ads that are relevant to your blog. How does Adsense work? Every time a visitor clicks an Adsense ad, you get a little bit of money(usually around 30-60 cents). The amount you get for each ad clicked depends on the number of unique visitors you receive on your blog. The more visitors, the more money that can be earned. Google will then send a check or pay you through Paypal once you've made at least $100 from the ads. It is important to remember that Google will penalize you if you click your own ads, or if you ask visitors specifically to click ads. So don't do that! Pay Per Click Pay Per Click is basically just like AdSense, except you don't just work with Google you work with multiple companies. BidVertiser is one such company you can sign up with to do Pay Per Click advertising. How do I get Pay Per Click You sign up with a site like Bidvertiser and then follow their instructions to set up the Pay Per Click ads on your site. How does Pay Per Click work? It works by paying you money each time someone clicks an ad that you display. You won't get paid for multiple clicks from the same user in the same visitor, nor will you get paid for someone simply visiting your site. You only get paid for legitimate clicks. Affiliate Links Affiliate links are basically links which people pay you for. Companies will actually pay owners of popular blogs to post links on their blog. You can do as much Affiliate linking as you want. How do I get Affiliate Links? You can get Affiliate links by searching or Affiliate Link Programs on the internet. Once you find an Affiliate link program that looks good to you, sign up for it. Then you can follow their instructions for putting the link(s) on your blog. How do Affiliate Links work? Like the other two methods mentioned above, Affiliate links work by paying you money each time they are clicked. You get paid for each click per unique visitor. So now you have it, three legitimate ways to make money from blogging. It is important to keep in mind that the amount of money you are able to make depends on how many visitors your blog draws. If you draw a lot, you'll make a lot. If not, the money you earn will be modest. But it's still extra money, so keep doing it! Making money using Adsense, Pay Per Click or Affiliate Link programs is easy and effective. Start monetizing your blog today!
